conservation!
There is a definite need to conserve water and we support that in every way
possible.
Effective pressure washing actually uses less water than would otherwise be
needed to clean most surfaces. Because we use the very best equipment and
solvents on the market today, we use even less water than any of our
competitors.
The average family of four will use over 700 gallons of water each week just
for showering. We will use approximately 250 gallons to rinse an average house
with 2,500 sq. ft. of roof surface if the property owner requires immediate
results. However, American Roof Cleaning can actually clean your roof with
less water that the average person uses during ONE shower! We have a
cleaning solution that can be applied to your roof that will be rinsed off by
the rain. Your roof will return to its original color within 6-8 weeks - without
a need for unnecessary water consumption. The total water consumption on this
option is only 22 gallons for an average 2,500 sq. ft. roof!
We use cleaning agents that are designed for cleaning asphalt shingle, cedar, metal, concrete,
and tile roofs. All of these cleaners are biodegradable and non-toxic. They will
not harm your grass, plants, flowers, shrubberies, landscaping, and are safe to
use around children and pets.
American Roof Cleaning has programs to fit every budget:
- Our Housewashing Services range from 9 cents per sq. ft. to 25 cents per
sq. ft. depending on the type of surface, height, and age/quality of paint
that has been applied to the structure.
- Our Driveway & Walkway Pressure Cleaning Services range from 5 cents per
sq. ft. to 10 cents per sq. ft. depending upon the type of surface.

Housewashing and pressure cleaning will produce immediate results. Roof
Cleaning result time will depend on which cleaning option you choose. If you
would like immediate results, we can accomplish this within one day for most
properties, but this is more expensive. If you would like to save on the
cleaning costs and you do not need immediate results, we have a very
cost-effective solution that will consume all of the algae and fungus on your
roof and restore it to its original color within 6-8 weeks with very little
water consumption.
